Manic Street Preachers – “William”s Last Words”

This was my first mix with Rick from Underworld. We were already friends and I’d done some mastering for him on some older Underworld material that was being made available on their website. When the Manics asked him to remix this song Rick took the opportunity to get me involved so that we could see how it went, with a view towards collaborating on the next Underworld album (“Barking”). Fortunately everything went very well including recording new drums with Paul Clarvis in High Barn ( www.high-barn.com ) and the mix in my own Hub II.
